HM-A vs HM-01 vs HM-XY: How to Choose Snus Paper and Pouch Nonwoven Fabric

HM-A: stable sealing grade
HM-A is designed for customers who need stable sealing performance, a soft hand feel and good whiteness. It is often suitable for low-to-medium speed production and for buyers who value a stronger bonding profile.
- Typical use: low to mid-speed pouch production
- Strength: stable heat sealing and soft appearance
- Recommended for: developing markets, trial projects and standard production lines
HM-01: intermittent flat-jaw sealing grade
HM-01 is designed for intermittent flat-jaw sealing machines where the pouch material experiences short-time heat shock and pressure. It is positioned for better anti-bursting performance and reduced stringing under appropriate machine settings.
- Typical use: 150 to 300 pcs/min mid-speed lines
- Strength: flat-jaw sealing compatibility and anti-bursting behavior
- Recommended for: mainstream pouch manufacturers using intermittent sealing
HM-XY: high-speed premium grade
HM-XY is the premium ultra-fine fiber grade for buyers who require higher consistency, low fiber shedding and better stability on high-speed lines.
- Typical use: 300 to 600+ pcs/min high-speed lines
- Strength: low lint, high consistency and premium appearance
- Recommended for: Europe, North America, Russia/CIS and other high-spec markets
Selection checklist
To recommend the right grade, Huiming usually asks for machine type, production speed, pouch width, powder moisture, sealing method, roll length, roll diameter and document requirements.
