What is snus paper or pouch nonwoven fabric used for?
Snus paper, also called pouch nonwoven fabric or nicotine pouch fabric, is used as the wrapping material for nicotine pouches, nootropic pouches, caffeine pouches, coffee pouches, botanical pouches and other functional powder pouch products. It should balance sealing performance, breathability, softness, clean appearance and low fiber shedding so the pouch runs well on the machine and presents well in the final product.
Can your pouch nonwoven fabric be used on different pouch machines?
Our pouch-grade nonwoven fabric is mainly selected for heat-sealing pouch applications. Other sealing systems should be confirmed by machine structure, sealing parameters, pouch size, filling powder condition and sample testing.
Can your material be used for nootropic pouch or caffeine pouch production?
Yes. Our pouch-grade nonwoven fabric can be used for nootropic pouch, caffeine pouch, coffee pouch, botanical pouch and other functional powder pouch applications. Final grade selection should be based on powder condition, sealing method and machine parameters.
Is Huiming a snus paper manufacturer or only a trader?
Huiming positions itself as a nonwoven manufacturer and slit-roll converter. For pouch projects, we support production, slit-roll converting, sample preparation, in-house material evaluation and export communication. This helps buyers evaluate both the material itself and the supply-chain capability behind it.
How do I choose between HM-A, HM-01 and HM-XY?
HM-A is a stable-sealing grade for buyers who need broad compatibility in low-to-medium speed production. HM-01 is designed more for intermittent flat-jaw sealing and mainstream mid-speed pouch lines. HM-XY is the premium ultra-fine fiber option for high-speed pouch production and demanding buyers that need lower shedding and stronger batch consistency.
Can you customize slit width, roll length, GSM and material feel?
Yes. We can customize slit width, roll length, GSM, softness, whiteness, pore profile and composition direction according to your machine type, pouch width, powder behavior and market positioning. Common snus paper slit widths are 29–33 mm, mainly 31/32 mm. Other widths should be confirmed by project and sample testing.
What details should buyers send for a grade recommendation?
For a faster recommendation, buyers should share the machine type, sealing method, target pouch width, line speed, powder type, powder moisture condition and target market. With that information, we can recommend a more suitable grade direction and sample-roll format.
What documents can you provide for buyer evaluation and qualification?
We can prepare TDS, COA and MSDS/SDS for buyer evaluation. Food-contact reports, ISO documents, CE documents and other compliance files should be confirmed according to the exact product and project scope. For buyers working on internal approval, these files help support technical review and supplier qualification discussion.
Do you support sample rolls before bulk orders?
Yes. Most serious pouch projects begin with sample roll evaluation. Buyers usually test sealing performance, hand feel, pouch appearance and machine behavior first. After validation, we can move to confirmed grade supply with the agreed slit-roll format.
What are the common slit-roll and production ranges for pouch projects?
Common slit-roll formats depend on the line, but buyers often request widths such as 30 mm, 32 mm or 34 mm. Typical roll length is often around 700–800 m per slit-roll, while GSM for pouch nonwoven is commonly in the 25–35 gsm range, depending on the target material direction.
How do you support export supply after qualification?
After sample confirmation, Huiming can support repeat-order converting, packing discussion, pallet loading and export shipment coordination. This is important for buyers who need a supplier that can move beyond sample supply into practical long-term execution.
What lead time should buyers expect for pouch nonwoven fabric?
Lead time depends on quantity, converting details and production scheduling, but in general we can respond relatively quickly for sample requests and regular orders. For bulk business, lead time is arranged according to production planning, slit-roll requirements and shipment scheduling.
